7/6/20 – Miami-Dade County is closing inside dining at restaurants as a result of the spike in COVID-19 cases. But Mayor Carlos Gimenez has changed his mind on gyms and fitness studios, tweeting Tuesday that they can stay open as long as everyone working out inside wears a mask.

The mayor announced he will be signing an order closing restaurant dining rooms, ballrooms, banquet facilities, party venues, gyms and fitness centers, and short-term rentals.

6/1/20 - Luxury buyers continue to drop millions on condo living in Miami. The luxury residential 64-story tower Brickell Flatiron at 1000 Brickell Plaza closed on four of its five penthouse units in the last 90 days totaling $31.62 million, said Vanessa Grout, president of CMC Real Estate.
