After the high-rises of Brickell City Centre, there are 2 Class-A office buildings. These buildings are known as Two Brickell City Centre and Thee Brickell City Centre. In a recent announcement, We-Work has signed a lease for 65,000 square feet of office space within the soon to be complete Two BCC. Three BCC was completed this year and their anchor tenant is Ackerman.
Now, let’s talk shopping! BCC will be home to 80+ retailers and eateries with Saks 5th Avenue as their anchor tenant. The mall is set-up as vertical retail. This is the best use of space as it allows multi-levels of shopping accessible by elevators and escalators with 3 floors for your shopping and dining pleasure. You no longer need to drive on I-95 and wait in the long line to exit at Ives Dairy Rd to get to Aventura. Brickell City Centre will also have a movie theater by Cinemex.
